A Bit About Us

We are small and MIGHTY! Our backgrounds, education, life experiences and ages all vary, but we are collectively committed to success.  As we build our team each new hire is built on the concept of getting the right people on the bus, meaning that every employee is essential to the growth and development of the company. We work hard together and play hard together.  Our offices overlook an area of Pittsburgh that birthed steel production and the industrial revolution. The same passion that drove innovation over 100 years ago lives on in the technology revolution of today. 

eServices Technology was born in the Summer of 2013 when a few sketches and crazy ideas from Jesse met the technology experience of Chuck. The two co-founded a platform that would forever change online payments for emergency medical services and fire departments. As the technology continued to mature it became evident that the final product would serve many verticals beyond public safety and expand into a full e-commerce solution.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder.  Jesse is an entrepreneur with a wide variety of professional experiences. The most significant being a 17 year career working in Emergency Medical Services as a Paramedic and Deputy Chief. Jesse graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Medicine. He also received certification as a Critical Care Paramedic from the University of Maryland and has completed courses through the Department of Homeland Security.  Jesse developed and chaired the Allegheny County EMS Technology Workgroup for nearly 10 years, he serves as a board member of the Allegheny County EMS Council and is a team leader for specialized medical response teams in Allegheny County for Hazmat and Swift Water Rescue. He is an Xennial, self taught “techy”; born in an analog world and growing up with DOS x86 computers. He has taken his experiences professionally and personally to bring technology innovation to EMS agencies, Fire Departments, Nonprofits and beyond.


When out of the office, Jesse can often be found at the local ballfield where he is the President of the Greater Baldwin Whitehall Athletic Association. However, above all else, Jesse is a husband and father of three kiddos; he strives everyday to love and serve his family well.

Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder.  Chuck began his technology career in 1990 working in main-frame processing for the State of Illinois.  At the same time, he helped develop a training class for business professionals and state government workers teaching them to navigate USENET (pre-Web internet) to gather business intelligence for competitive advantage and decision making.  The knowledge gained during the development of this class has guided him throughout his career to always think about business intelligence and how it impacts decision making.

Chuck held a number of software development positions in the 90s including survey data research, financial and banking systems, and cable TV industry.  At the same time, he worked as a private consultant in manufacturing writing data capture systems for real-time manufacturing processes.  

In 1999 he accepted a job position to rewrite an account system for Y2K compliance. This same company was awarded a project in early 2001 to develop a web-based, online (eCommerce) system for a company selling building controls.  Chuck spearheaded that development and by 2002 that building controls seller had hired Chuck to develop and expand that system. That systems capabilities soon grew beyond the of handling orders to include inventory, project management, customer relations management (CRM), manufacturer/supplier integration, invoicing, and back-office integration all with an eye toward web-based data processing, analysis, and decision making for every person in the company.  Since 2005, the platform has been licensed by several other companies with over 30 websites being built to enable those companies to establish an online presence in the growing web-based marketplace. eServices is now directly benefiting from all this experience.

Chuck is active in his church, plays the drums, is an avid table-top game player, enjoys small DIY projects in his shop, and traveling with his wife of 30+ years.

Connor has always had a passion for entrepreneurial endeavors. He sold sunglasses and t-shirts in high school, flasks and home painting services in college, pitched business plans at competitions, etc. Now at eServices Connor gets to work with established entrepreneurs who he truly admires. This company is doing something unique for one of the coolest industries so he couldn’t be happier to be a part of it. In his free time he likes to play pool, snowboard, and watch movies.

Customer Relations Manager

In December of 2014 Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Penn State Beaver. After graduation, she took on the role as a Media Coordinator at TrueSense Marketing. She was responsible for preparing print and direct mailers, coordinating call centers for radio marketing campaigns, and more. In her last role as the Member Services Assistant/Publication Coordinator at SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings she was in charge of selling all wearables and publications that our organization had to offer. Taylor was also responsible for fulfilling and shipping all orders that come in as well as manage and track all of our inventory. 

At eServices she is the Customer Relations Manager in charge of our social media accounts, newsletters, travel to our conferences and help all customers with any and all questions they may have. In her free time Taylor enjoys hanging out with her friends and family playing video games and watching Disney movies.

As a sales representative with eServices, Laura is responsible for growing merchant service account sales, business development, and generating new leads.

When not at work, you’ll find Laura with her two boys Brady & Tyler, playing baseball, riding bikes, swimming, or something outdoors.

Senior Development Manager

Jeremy is a highly organized development manager with a multitude of experiences. He started his career in San Diego, CA stationed onboard the USS Decatur and serving with the US Navy.

Upon fulfilling his commitment and departing the Navy, he settled in Tucson, AZ where he stumbled into a passion of software development. His passion quickly went from a hobby to career when he decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Trident University.

After completing his degree, he launched his professional career as a full stack engineer while working on an enterprise CRM system with Simpleview, Inc. After four years and a few roles into his career, Jeremy relocated to Pittsburgh, PA where Simpleview tasked him to onboard a new engineering team that the company had obtained through an acquisition. Upon completing the onboard, Jeremy remained in Pittsburgh and spent another four years maturing his skillset and mastering the latest of trending technologies like ReactJS, and GraphQL.

In his free time Jeremy loves keeping busy with his sons, playing ice hockey, and trying to stay current with modern technology.

Client service coordinator at Highmark and Administrative Assistant at New Wine Harvest church.

She is currently working as a Sales Development associate at eservices and is very excited for the new opportunity in this growing business.

Outside of work Ashley is a wife and mother of three; Carmella, Sloane and Enzo and loves spending time with her family.
